Rath Yatra

Rath Yatra, also known as the Festival of Chariots, holds great significance in our culture and tradition. It commemorates the annual journey of Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra, and Goddess Subhadra in their majestic chariots, accompanied by the devotion and enthusiasm of countless devotees. This festival is a vibrant display of colors, music, dance, and spiritual fervor that brings our community together in celebration.

The residents of PRG have organized a grand procession where the beautifully decorated chariots will be pulled with great joy and devotion. The air will be filled with the sounds of hymns and bhajans, creating an atmosphere of divine bliss. Following the procession on the 20th of June, we will have cultural performances and the distribution of mahaprasad on the 25th of June.
